The communication plan provides practical implementation of the communications strategy. With the communication plan, IvRM provides the essential structure for the systematic implementation of a successful communication policy.

From plan to implementation

The plan lays down the tactics for realising the objectives. The plan clarifies the relationship between all communications media. The communication plan consists in four plans: analysis, tactical interpretation, practical performance and impact assessment.

Target-group media matrix

The communications media for each target group are charted using a target-group media matrix. The communication plan is finalised and given a clear timeline by means of realistic planning.
